Have you ever rush to work/class and have less than 30 minutes to get ready? You only had 3 hours sleep and looking like a zombie in the morning? Yeah, makeup is such a time consuming but you still want to look fresh and flawless throughout the day because there is one girl at your workplace that always judge everyone appearance and you don’t want to be one of her victims. 

Here’s are tips and trick to looks fresh and young in less than 10 minutes.

1.    Tone, cleanse and exfoliate

Seems like a lot of things in the first step? Do you know that certain brand of toner can works as cleanser and exfoliator too? Such as Witch Hazel by Thayers or Son & Park Beauty Water or other brands that can work as cleanse toner and exfoliator.

Why you need to use a toner?

All the dirt on your face is not removed properly during the shower because you are in rush. So, this helps you to double cleanse it.

(You can skip this step if you think you already cleanse your face properly. Just make sure you cleanse your face properly)

 2.   Moisturizer

Applying moisturizer correctly can - boost hydration in your skin- prevents flaking and dullness- creates a protective layer of moisture that lasts all day.

Plus, proper application of a face cream will help anti-aging ingredient work better – increasing the odds that they’ll work.

 3.       Sunblock and Sunscreen

Sunscreen – everyday use and sunblock – for beach wear, but both works the same which is to prevent sunlight. Either you expose to sun or not, you still need this during the daytime.

 

Why you need sunblock/sunscreen-        

To avoid sunburn 

To avoid wrinkles, fine lines and looking old (NO! NO! NO!)

To avoid pigmentation and freckles, because these two are caused by the absence of sunscreen      

To avoid skin cancer

Even though you are not exposed to the sun every day, it is preferable to use sunscreen, so that the skin remains protected, beautiful, not wrinkled or old before age

. 4. BB cream / CC cream / Foundation

You can use either one of these according to your preference. What is the difference between BB cream, CC cream, and foundation? Let me tell you briefly.

BB cream stands for “beauty balm” or “blemish balm”, utilized to even out skin tone and correct blemishes. BB cream is lighter than standard foundation coverage and sometimes contain SPF (which is GOOD!) and their key ingredient is antioxidants to help protect skin against free radicals and damage from pollution.

CC cream is short for “Color Control” and perfectly describes this cream’s ability to treat pigmentation problems. As an improved version of BB cream, CC cream hides imperfections – thanks to an inbuilt foundation – as well as treating.

Foundation allows precise makeup coverage and requires more time than BB and CC cream. Whether it be in liquid or compact form, the most important thing is to avoid the “mask” effect. Choosing the right foundation can be tricky because you need the right shade for your skin tone. Too light shade can make you look like “floating head” as you face is lighter than your body (DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT LOOKING LIKE A GHOST IN DAYTIME! LOL) while darker shade will accentuate signs of aging such as cracked skin, wrinkles or dark under-eye circles.

(Do not forget to set it with powder after applying BB cream / CC cream/liquid form of foundation, to avoid looking shiny and too oily after few hours)

5.Brows

This is the year where brows are the most important, we all gonna need that Brows On Fleek!If you are in a rush and only have a few minutes to get ready, I would suggest you to just comb your brow with Brow Mascara or Brow Gel to define and to put the brow into place (not looking too bushy) or you can draw the brows using eyebrow pencil which is easier to work with.

 If you are not happy with how you draw the brow, don’t worry! You can still fix it with concealer – outline the concealer according to the brow shape you want and TADAAAAAAA~ eyebrow on fleek!

6.       6. Blusher

How to apply blusher according to your face shape

Blusher will add a pop of color to the middle of your face and is a fresh, youthful, instant brightener. The blusher is insanely easy to use, all you need is to pick universal pink or peach shade and sweep it onto the apples of your cheeks, blending upwards toward the temples. Blusher can helps to brighten sallow or tired skin. 

7. Lipstick 

Lipstick is a cornerstone of everyone’s beauty routine and an essential to every beauty bag. It’s one of the few product that can finish a look or be a look all on its own. Rihanna once said “If you wear red lipstick on its own that day, all the boys will assume that you wear full face makeup on. Lipstick is trick someone eyes by assuming that you had an effort for your appearance, outfit, and even your hair”.
